Brook Street Recruitment is delighted to be working on behalf of our client to recruit a driven and enthusiastic Sales Development Representative to join their team based in Belfast city centre. This role is ideal for a confident communicator who enjoys engaging with prospective clients and generating opportunities. You will play a key part in supporting the Field Sales Team by identifying leads, building a strong pipeline, and booking high-quality appointments.
Job Responsibility:
Identify and generate new business opportunities through outbound calls and targeted prospecting
Book qualified appointments for the Field Sales Team
Achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and quarterly KPIs and targets
Build and maintain an accurate and up-to-date sales pipeline
Identify customer needs and tailor outreach accordingly
Accurately update CRM systems with client information, call notes, and follow-up actions
Work collaboratively with internal teams to maximise sales opportunities
Requirements:
Previous experience in telesales, sales, or a similar outbound calling role (Telco experience desirable)
Excellent telephone manner with strong communication and listening skills
Confident using IT systems and CRM platforms
Self-motivated with a proactive and target-driven mindset
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
