Telephone Sales Agent

• Identify and generate new business opportunities through outbound calls and targeted prospecting
• Book qualified appointments for the Field Sales Team
• Achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and quarterly KPIs and targets
• Build and maintain an accurate and up-to-date sales pipeline
• Identify customer needs and tailor outreach accordingly
• Accurately update CRM systems with client information, call notes, and follow-up actions
• Work collaboratively with internal teams to maximise sales opportunities

• Previous experience in telesales, sales, or a similar outbound calling role (Telco experience desirable)
• Excellent telephone manner with strong communication and listening skills
• Confident using IT systems and CRM platforms
• Self-motivated with a proactive and target-driven mindset
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Positive attitude with a competitive edge

Telco experience

• Competitive base salary of £27,500
• Uncapped commission structure (OTE £35,000+)
