The team is accountable for answering a high volume of incoming calls to the PBX/Telephone operator department as well as connecting families with doctors on call, activating codes, etc. This is a 24/7 area. The Telephone Operator is responsible for providing customer service in the performance of hospital communication functions in an efficient and respectful manner.

Requirements:
Telephone communications experience required
Customer service experience in a high public contact area preferred
Hospital operator, code activation and call center experience preferred
Ability to problem solve
Able to work as a team
Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
High school diploma, GED or equivalent
