Job Description

Our client is looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Telephone Customer Service & Sales Advisor to join their growing team. Based at their busy Wimbledon office, you'll play a key part in supporting their customers, handling enquiries, processing orders, and building strong, long‑lasting relationships. This is an inbound customer service and sales role with no cold calling.

Job Responsibility

  • Handling telephone and email enquiries professionally and efficiently
  • Processing customer orders and providing excellent after‑sales support
  • Offering product advice and solutions tailored to customer needs (with support from our in‑house experts)
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients

Requirements

  • Confident, professional, and passionate about customer service
  • Excellent communication skills with a strong telephone manner
  • Self‑motivated with a positive, proactive, and competitive attitude
  • Able to thrive in a fast‑paced environment and remain calm under pressure
  • An interest in interior design or property refurbishment
  • Fluent in spoken English
  • Living within a reasonable commuting distance
  • Previous experience in sales, customer service, or telesales is highly desirable
  • A proven track record in sales would be an advantage
  • A willingness to learn and develop strong product knowledge
