Telephone Customer Service & Sales Advisor

• Handle incoming telephone and email enquiries professionally and efficiently
• Process customer orders accurately and ensure excellent after‑sales support
• Provide tailored product advice and solutions (training and support provided)
• Build and maintain strong, long‑lasting relationships with existing customers
• Contribute to a positive team environment and uphold high service standards

• Confident, professional, and passionate about delivering excellent customer service
• A strong communicator with a clear and engaging telephone manner
• Self‑motivated, proactive, and competitive in achieving goals
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure
• Interested in interior design or property refurbishment
• Fluent in spoken English
• Living within a reasonable commuting distance of Wimbledon
• Previous experience in customer service, sales, or telesales is highly desirable
• A proven track record in sales is a strong advantage
• A willingness to learn and develop strong product knowledge

Background or knowledge in ironmongery, hardware, fixtures and fittings, tools, metal fittings, or similar technical product areas
