Job Description:

Terra Nova Medical Centre is seeking a dedicated telemedicine physician to join our growing team. With 60 providers serving a patient base of over 200,000, we aim to provide high-quality, accessible healthcare to all our patients. We are excited to extend this commitment to digital health, and we are looking for a physician who shares our vision.

Job Responsibility:

  • Providing medical consultation via telehealth to a diverse patient population
  • Assisting in managing patient overflow by ensuring timely and efficient patient care
  • Collaborating with our multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care
  • Provide remote primary care services to our patients through our secure Telehealth platform
  • Manage overflow for our large practice of 11 General Practitioners and 5 Nurse Practitioners
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date electronic medical records
  • Collaborate with other healthcare providers within our team to ensure continuity of care and seamless patient experience
  • Adhere to all privacy and confidentiality regulations as required by law

Requirements:

  • Medical Degree from an accredited institution
  • Valid licensure to practice medicine in British Columbia
  • Comfortable with technology and experience using electronic medical records
  • Appropriate CMPA coverage
