Previous experience in customer service, telemarketing, or account management (preferred)
Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills

Job Responsibility

Make approximately 60-70 outbound calls daily to a warm client base
Engage with customers to discuss upcoming events and initiatives
Build rapport, actively listen, and deliver tailored solutions
Accurately update and maintain customer data in the CRM system
Work collaboratively with internal departments to enhance customer satisfaction
Meet or exceed performance targets and KPIs
