Job Description:

CloserStill Media (CSM) is looking for Delegate Relations Executives to join the award-winning Singapore team, to support the delivery of our technology event audiences. This is in the lead up to the launch edition of Passenger Terminal Expo Asia (PTE Asia) on 23rd-24th September 2026 at the Marina Bay Sands Expo & Convention Centre.

Job Responsibility:

  • Build, cleanse, and maintain high-quality delegate databases by sourcing new contacts, verifying key information, enriching records with relevant insights, and ensuring data accuracy and GDPR/PDPA compliance
  • The role will involve LinkedIn research, social media marketing and telemarketing to attract delegates to our events
  • You will help to identify the most valuable delegates and develop strategies to best target these groups
  • Assist in executing and managing our lead generation strategy by working with our databases and conduct data analysis based on email sends
  • Develop a strong online presence among the Tech community by creating engaging content on social media
  • Support PTE Asia Team on the full scope of planning, production and execution of VIP Luncheons. This primarily involves contacting and following up with nominated guests
