Envita Medical Center, a pioneering force in advanced integrative medicine for over 20 years, is expanding its services to include a telehealth division in Envita Health. We are seeking a Telehealth Medical Clinic Manager to lead this new venture. This role involves spearheading the operational setup and management of the telehealth division, focusing on excellence in patient care through the innovative use of technology. The ideal candidate will not only manage daily operations and team development but will also play a crucial role in setting up Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems, establishing workflows for laboratory results, and integrating e-prescribing capabilities. Experience in the billing process, especially claims submission to clearinghouses, would be highly beneficial. This individual will oversee a diverse team ranging from physicians to administrative employees while proactively managing operations. A business mindset and patient focused values are essential to succeeding in this role.

Job Responsibility:

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the new telehealth division
  • Oversee and develop a diverse team, including physicians and administrative staff
  • Implement and refine EMR systems, focusing on lab result workflows and e-prescribing processes

Requirements:
