Job Responsibility

Construct, erect, install, and repair structures and fixtures of wood, plywood, and wallboard, using power tools
install framing, and seal joints between plasterboard or other wallboard to prepare wall surface for painting or papering
Demolition of existing structures
assisting in the concrete work of new structures
maintaining a clean and safe work environment
aiding in traffic control
assisting in material handling throughout the job site
Designs, constructs, remodels, retrofits and repairs interior and exterior structures made of wood, drywall, plaster, concrete and brick
Shape or cut materials to specified measurements, using hand tools, machines, or power saw
Measure and mark cutting lines on materials, using ruler, pencil, chalk, and marking gauge

Requirements

Ensure the Mucking out of buildings after depletion, predominately with telehandler/Weidmann, but will also require manual sweeping and forking out of corners and smaller buildings
Ensure a high standard of Bio Security, washing and cleaning of machines in and out on a regular basis to high standard
Ensuring that any arable tasks, hedge cutting, material moving (dirty water, soil, crushed concrete, topping) is completed
