Telecoms Trainer: Shape the Future of Fibre with Comex 2000! At Comex 2000, we’re not just deploying the UK’s next-gen fibre network; we're building expert careers. We're searching for a highly skilled, dynamic Telecoms Trainer to be the driving force behind our field teams' success. This is a pivotal, hands-on role where you will transform technical knowledge into practical, deployable skills across crucial workstreams, from Fibre Deployment to Civils Engineering.

Job Responsibility:

Deliver engaging training material and establishing instant credibility
Provide essential, targeted support and practical coaching for both new hires and experienced teams out in the field
Ensure all training adheres to the highest Health & Safety standards, making safety a core value
Be a role model for the Comex 2000 culture, identifying learning trends, tracking progress, and providing essential feedback to continually elevate our training programs

Requirements:

A strong, proven track record in the Telecommunications and Construction industries
Demonstrated success in a training, mentoring, or coaching role
Must be prepared to work efficiently across both classroom settings and various field locations nationwide
Full UK Driving License
A proactive approach to executing training, handling mixed-ability groups, and quickly resolving obstacles on the go
