Our client is a fast-growing tech start-up transforming how travelers stay connected to the internet abroad. With a diverse team of over 500 professionals, they help millions of travelers stay online across more than 200 global destinations. As part of their international expansion, they are looking for a motivated Account Manager to manage and grow strategic relationships with carrier partners. As an Account Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for global mobile carrier partners. Your role will include leading contract negotiations, overseeing operational processes, and ensuring long-term, successful partnerships. You will contribute to strengthening a global eSIM network and work cross-functionally to maximize the value of these partnerships.
Job Responsibility:
Carrier Relationship Management & Negotiation: Build and maintain strong relationships with global mobile carriers
lead negotiations to secure competitive terms
Contract Management: Drive and manage contract execution to optimize pricing, features, and technology integrations
Operational Implementation: Coordinate with internal teams to efficiently launch and maintain carrier agreements
Performance & Market Analysis: Evaluate carrier performance, monitor market trends, and identify opportunities for strategic improvement
Process Optimization: Ensure smooth end-to-end management of carrier partnerships, from onboarding to contract renewal, minimizing operational inefficiencies
Requirements:
3+ years of experience in account management, business development, or carrier relations within the telecommunications industry
Proven negotiation and contract management experience with international mobile operators
Solid understanding of MNO, MVNO, and MVNE business models
Experience with performance analytics and strategic decision-making
Fluency in English (C1 level or higher)
Background in fast-paced, multicultural, global environments
Strong analytical and results-oriented mindset
Nice to have:
Prior experience working with mobile carriers or telecom providers
Familiarity with eSIM and GSMA technologies
International work experience or exposure to global markets
Spanish is a plus
