Job Description

Managed end‑to‑end telecom expense lifecycle for fixed and mobile services, including invoice validation, allocations, and month‑end reconciliations to control costs. Analyse large telecom billing and usage datasets to identify errors, charge disputes, and optimization opportunities, consistently delivering measurable savings. Reviewed and approved monthly carrier invoices, resolved billing discrepancies with vendors, and ensured on‑time payment in line with AP and SLA requirements.Maintained accurate telecom inventory (circuits, lines, mobile devices, MACD) and aligned services with active users, locations, and contracts. Collaborated with Finance and IT to forecast telecom spend, track budget vs. actuals, and support accruals and chargeback journal entries. Negotiated or supported negotiation of carrier contracts and renewals, benchmarked pricing, and tracked contract terms, amendments, and SLAs.Led invoice and contract audits that uncovered billing errors and non‑compliance, driving remediation plans with carriers and internal stakeholders.Partnered with external TEM providers and internal teams to streamline provisioning, disconnects, and changes, reducing unused and underutilized services.
