We are seeking an experienced Telecom Engineer with strong expertise in Cisco Webex Calling and enterprise telephony environments. This role will be responsible for administering and supporting voice systems, including creating stations, work groups, and call center groups, as well as leading troubleshooting efforts across telecom operations. The ideal candidate is a hands-on technical professional who can drive issue resolution, support end users, and help optimize call flow and voice infrastructure performance.
Job Responsibility:
Administer and support telecom systems with a focus on Cisco Webex Calling
Create, configure, and manage stations, work groups, and call center groups
Provision users, assign devices, manage extensions, and maintain calling features
Lead troubleshooting for telecom and voice-related issues, including escalations and root cause analysis
Monitor system performance and ensure reliable voice service delivery across the organization
Collaborate with IT teams, vendors, and business stakeholders to resolve complex telephony issues
Support call routing, auto attendants, hunt groups, and contact center-related configurations
Document telecom processes, changes, and troubleshooting procedures
Assist with telecom upgrades, migrations, and ongoing system improvements
Provide technical guidance and leadership during incidents and service-impacting events
Requirements:
3+ years of experience in telecom engineering or voice systems support
Hands-on experience with Cisco Webex
Proven experience creating stations, work groups, and call center groups
Strong ability to lead troubleshooting efforts and resolve telecom-related issues independently
Knowledge of VoIP, call routing, dial plans, and telecom administration
