Job Responsibility:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve aggressive growth targets
  • Lead and mentor a team of tele-sales representatives, providing ongoing coaching and support
  • Manage and optimize the sales pipeline, ensuring efficient lead qualification and follow-up
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing team to ensure a steady stream of high-quality leads
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular sales forecasts
  • Foster strong cross-functional relationships with internal stakeholders
  • Provide valuable market insights to inform product development and marketing strategies

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in tele-sales/inside-sales with a proven track record of success
  • 5+ years of experience in a management role, leading and developing teams
  • Experience in B2B value selling
  • Proven ability to plan and execute action plans to improve KPIs
  • Experience using CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
  • Fluent in oral and written Japanese and English
  • Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Bachelor's degree or higher
