You'll develop and execute sales strategies, lead the Tele-Sales Team, and unlock new business opportunities through inbound and outbound leads. You will collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders like marketing, customer service, and product teams to build seamless customer experiences.
Job Responsibility:
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve aggressive growth targets
Lead and mentor a team of tele-sales representatives, providing ongoing coaching and support
Manage and optimize the sales pipeline, ensuring efficient lead qualification and follow-up
Collaborate closely with the marketing team to ensure a steady stream of high-quality leads
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular sales forecasts
Foster strong cross-functional relationships with internal stakeholders
Provide valuable market insights to inform product development and marketing strategies
Requirements:
5+ years of experience in tele-sales/inside-sales with a proven track record of success
5+ years of experience in a management role, leading and developing teams
Experience in B2B value selling
Proven ability to plan and execute action plans to improve KPIs
Experience using CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
Fluent in oral and written Japanese and English
Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach
