Job Description:

A Telesales Executive's job is to sell products or services over the phone, either by making outbound calls or handling inbound calls. They engage with customers to understand their needs, highlight product benefits, negotiate prices, and secure sales. Telesales Executives play a crucial role in driving revenue and growth for their company.

Job Responsibility:

  • Customer Engagement: Building rapport with customers, understanding their needs and preferences, and tailoring sales pitches accordingly
  • Lead Generation (Outbound): Identifying and contacting potential customers, often through cold calling or using lead generation tools
  • Handling Inbound Calls: Responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and converting leads into sales
  • Negotiation and Closing: Negotiating prices, highlighting special offers, and securing commitments from customers
  • Relationship Management: Maintaining strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business
