Tecs project and partnership manager

• Lead the operational delivery of TEC services across the region
• Manage supplier relationships and foster multi-agency collaboration
• Oversee assessments, installations, and service outcomes to ensure person-centred care
• Maintain internal systems and ensure data accuracy, database management, and compliance
• Produce detailed performance reports aligned with KPIs and support remittance processes
• Promote TEC services through stakeholder engagement, marketing, and service development
• Drive continuous improvement and innovation in TEC provision

• Proven ability to manage operations or programmes
• Strong leadership and stakeholder engagement skills
• Excellent IT skills with database management and report-writing capabilities
• Strategic thinking with the ability to influence commissioning decisions
• Understanding of GDPR and safeguarding principles
• A full driving licence and ability to travel within Worcestershire
• A collaborative mindset and commitment to delivering measurable outcomes
