Deep knowledge in workstation OS (W10, W11, MacOS) (Between 3 and 5 years)
Knowledge in mobile devices OS (iOS, iPadOS, Android) (Between 1 and 3 years)
Knowledge in O365 (OneDrive, Outlook, Office) (Between 3 and 5 years)
Deep knowledge in MS Teams, SharePoint Online (Between 1 and 3 years)
Knowledge in Azure Intune, On-premise AD (Between 1 and 3 years)
Deep knowledge in SCCM, MECM, MDM (Between 1 and 3 years)
Knowledge in PowerShell (Between 1 and 3 years)
Deep knowledge in Windows Server administration (Between 3 and 5 years)
Knowledge in printing systems (Between 1 and 3 years)
Knowledge in AV Systems (Between 1 and 3 years)
Deep knowledge in ITSM processes and tools (Between 5 and 8 years)
Stakeholders management (Between 1 and 3 years)
Fluent in English (B2) (verbal & written) (Between 3 and 5 years)
