At least 5-7 years of solid enterprise IT experience
Confidence in articulating and implementing technical ability, particularly with enterprise-level SaaS tooling, customer support and automation
A team player who collaborates and works transparently
Rich experience and examples of scripting, using APIs to automating mundane and error-prone repetitive tasks
Comfortable with a huge amount of ambiguity and spinning a lot of plates all at the same time
Experience working with multiple teams and managing multiple stakeholders
Experience managing and deploying macOS, Windows, iOS, and Android at scale
Experience administering and troubleshooting Single Sign-On (SSO) technologies such as OAuth, OIDC and SAML
Deep experience with Identity & Access Management

Lead and manage complex technical projects with multiple stakeholders
