An international law firm is seeking a Technology Transactions Partner to join its London office as part of its strategic growth plan. The firm has a strong global client base across technology, media, financial services and healthcare, and the London office plays an important role in supporting cross-border matters across Europe, the US and Asia.

Job Responsibility:

  • Advising clients on a wide range of technology-driven commercial transactions, including: Technology licensing and commercialisation
  • Software and SaaS agreements
  • Outsourcing and IT services agreements
  • Data, digital and platform transactions
  • Intellectual property and technology elements of corporate transactions
  • Work closely with colleagues across the firm’s international offices
  • Support both UK and global clients

Requirements:

  • Partner-level technology transactions lawyer
  • Portable practice with approximately £1.5m+ in billings
  • Experience advising technology companies, digital businesses or investors
  • Strong commercial and cross-border transaction experience
  • Interest in leveraging an international platform
