At least 2 years post qualification experience supporting technology transactions within a law firm or in-house corporation
Strong understanding of intellectual property laws, data protection regulations (e.g., GDPR, EU AI Act and EU Digital Services Act), and relevant technology-related regulations
Experience working with technology companies or in-house legal teams, preferably in the software/SaaS industry, with a solid understanding of tech/SaaS business models, product development lifecycle, and industry best practices

Job Responsibility
