Job Description

We are currently seeking Technology Transactions Attorneys to work with our top Tech clients on a remote or onsite basis.

Job Responsibility

  • Working with and advising corporate clients directly on a wide variety of technology transactions, as well as the ability to provide entrepreneurial, pragmatic, business-oriented advice related to the client's technology agreements
  • Handling complex technology transactions autonomously in a fast-moving environment
  • Maintain strong, collaborative relationships with internal business partners and stakeholders across client teams on complex deals for large tech companies operating on a global level

Requirements

  • 3+ years of significant technology transaction experience, preferably in an in-house environment, working on a wide variety of technology transactions including but not limited to SaaS, licensing, hardware, and other technology licenses
  • Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating technology contracts with strong issue spotting skills and attention to detail in contract revision
  • Previous experience working in-house for a technology company or working with a tech industry client
  • Active bar membership in good standing in the state in which you currently reside
