Axiom is currently looking for a Legal Operations Manager to join our fast growing team and to work with one of our top rated clients. We are looking for a talented individual to drive the digital and operational transformation of our Legal, Risk & Compliance (LRC) function. This person will get to lead key initiatives in CLM, GenAI for Legal, and legal technology projects.

Job Responsibility

  • Lead end‑to‑end delivery of various legal tech projects
  • Analyze, document, and optimize legal processes to drive efficiency and harmonization
  • Translate business needs into scalable workflows and technology requirements
  • Drive change management, training, and communications to ensure tool adoption
  • Build dashboards, KPIs, and reporting mechanisms to track performance and impact
  • Partner with internal and external stakeholders to align priorities and enable adoption

Requirements

  • 5+ years’ experience in legal operations, project management, or business operations
  • Hands‑on expertise with CLM, legal technology, workflow automation, or GenAI
  • Strong project management skills and experience delivering complex initiatives
  • Ability to engage, align, and influence stakeholders across levels and functions
  • A data‑driven, analytical mindset with experience creating dashboards and KPIs
