Provide comprehensive technology support across cloud services, collaboration platforms, and end-user environments while ensuring the smooth operation of hardware, software, and supporting infrastructure across the business, to ensure the highest possible standards of service and reliability. To act as a liaison for business projects and assist in the training and digital transformation of our software as well processes. To work with different levels of the business, along with partners, to drive and support the business transformation to meet the aims of key Brio initiatives across performance, improvement and efficiency and customer service.
Job Responsibility:

Ensure smooth operation of hardware, software, and supporting infrastructure
Act as a liaison for business projects
Assist in training and digital transformation
Work with different levels of the business and partners to drive business transformation
Provide responsive and friendly assistance to all stakeholders
Manage and resolve requests through ticketing system
Deliver exceptional IT support while leveraging automation tools
Contribute to IT projects that drive digital transformation
Liaise with suppliers and partner organisations
Create and maintain clear documentation, guides, and training materials
Diagnose and resolve faults related to hardware and software
Configure and maintain Intune policies for device security and compliance
Administer Microsoft 365 services
Manage Active Directory Domain Services (ADDS) and related authentication systems
Support security initiatives
Undertake ad hoc projects
Ability to travel throughout Cheshire West & Chester
Requirements:
Microsoft 365 Fundamentals (MS-900)
Familiarity with Intune and Active Directory Domain Services (ADDS) in hybrid environments
Three years’ experience with IT 1st line support role
Excellent troubleshooting and critical thinking skills
Solid experience with Microsoft 365 administration (Teams, SharePoint, Exchange)
Understanding of cloud-first technologies and SaaS platforms
Basic networking fundamentals for troubleshooting connectivity between endpoints and cloud services

Microsoft Teams Administrator Associate (MS-700)
ITIL® Foundation
Experience in documenting user guides and procedure manuals
