Optiver’s technology teams build and run the systems that power our trading every day. As Tech Strategy Manager you will partner closely with the Tech COO and Optiver’s broader tech leadership to shape the firm’s technology strategy. You’ll work at the intersection of strategic thinking, cutting edge technology and execution coordination to help deliver the ambitious growth strategy of Optiver.

Job Responsibility:

  • Drive firm-wide tech strategy initiatives from framing to executive decision across a broad range of topics such as: location strategy for tech teams
  • org design for scaling engineering
  • approach to driving AI adoption across tech teams
  • Support senior tech leadership in the preparation of and delivery of board and executive-level materials
  • Organize and lead cross-functional problem-solving efforts with senior engineers, tech leaders, traders
  • Work closely with the Tech COO and leads in the CTO Office to deliver against current priorities across Tech PMO, Tech Risk Management, Tech Finance, Tech Talent and Innovation
  • Act as a strategic sparring partner to global Tech Leads

Requirements:
