Job Responsibility:
Provide L2/L3 production support for card payment systems, ensuring high availability and minimal downtime
Monitor transaction flows across authorization, clearing, and settlement systems
Troubleshoot and resolve incidents related to card transactions, declines, reversals, and reconciliations
Collaborate with business, operations, and vendors to resolve production issues and defects
Analyze logs, transaction data, and system behavior to identify root causes
Participate in release management, deployments, and environment support
Drive automation and process improvements for monitoring and support activities
Maintain documentation for systems, processes, and incident resolution
Requirements:
Strong understanding of card payment lifecycle (Authorization, Clearing, Settlement)
Experience with payment switches / card management systems (e.g., TSYS, FIS, Fiserv, OpenWay, etc.)
Knowledge of ISO 8583 messaging and transaction processing
Familiarity with APIs, web services, and integration frameworks
Experience with databases (SQL/Oracle) and log analysis
Understanding of Unix/Linux environments
Knowledge of card schemes (Visa, Mastercard, Amex)
Understanding of chargebacks, disputes, and fraud processes
Familiarity with PCI-DSS and banking regulations
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work under pressure in a 24/7 support environment
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
