Job Description:

The Technology Solutions Manager plays a key role in delivering clean, reliable technology solutions across business systems and processes. his role directly supports critical project platforms within Retail Store Development, spanning Real Estate, Construction, Lease Administration, and other strategic HQ partners. This individual contributor independently owns the full lifecycle of support and small-to-medium delivery projects, proactively defining scope, milestones, and risks, and driving execution without waiting for direction. The role requires anticipatory communication, clear progress reporting, and the ability to surface insights, blockers, and next steps before escalation is needed. It includes light technical work (SQL, Databricks, system support), strong project coordination, and high-quality communication with internal customers, technical partners, and end users. Success looks like fewer escalations, faster issue resolution, and higher trust from stakeholders. This person models crisp execution, solves forward, and sets the tone for team-wide follow-through.

  • Partner with developers, data teams, and other tech functions to coordinate integrations, data flows, or solution enhancements. Translate business needs into clear technical asks
  • Contribute to a team culture of accountability, urgency, and clarity. Support shared goals by collaborating cleanly, escalating early, and closing loops proactively
