Job Description:

Technology Scrum Master role at Citi, building the future of banking technology. The position involves working with distributed Agile teams, applying Agile values and principles, and driving process improvements in technology development.

Job Responsibility:

Utilize knowledge of applications development procedures and concepts to identify and define necessary system enhancements
Consult with users, clients, and other technology groups on issues, and recommend programming solutions
Apply fundamental knowledge of programming languages for design specifications
Analyze applications to identify vulnerabilities and security issues, as well as conduct testing and debugging
Serve as advisor or coach to new or lower level analysts

Requirements:

Overall work experience between 4-8 Yrs
Deep understanding of Agile & lean values and principles
Working experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach of distributed Agile teams (6+ yrs), tech domain preferred
Skilled in training or coaching individuals and teams in Agile practices and values (lean and product management a plus), Working experience > 5yrs
Working knowledge of best practices in value-driven development (requirements management, prototyping, hypothesis-driven development, usability testing)
Working knowledge of technical engineering best practices including test driven development, continuous integration, DevOps
Good communicator with problem solving mindset and focus on process improvement
Working knowledge of work management and collaboration tools (Jira and confluence preferred)
Scrum Master and Agile Certifications
Experience with scaling agile across the organization preferably Scrum@Scale

Nice to have:

Experience with scaling agile across the organization preferably Scrum@Scale
Lean and product management knowledge
