Entry-level role with a training programme that will last 12-18 months depending on the progress of the individual. You will learn on the job alongside industry leaders in this space on matters covering financial markets products, recruitment methods and technology. Initially candidate-focused, you will be working on multiple sourcing projects and managing your workload independently as soon as you are ready to do so.
Job Responsibility:
Identifying and qualifying candidates you find through our database, job boards, social media and your ability to network/build relationships
Posting job ads
A large number of telephone screenings and face to face interviews
Managing interview booking/prep/feedback
Taking part in negotiating/closing offers
Requirements:
Mature, self-sufficient and prepared to headhunt from target organisations and within target skillsets
Able to articulate your interest in a Recruitment career
Ideally have an interest in Financial Services/Technology
Quick learner, flexible in your approach but prepared to learn your trade
Very strong presentation and communication skills
Bias towards running their own "desks" and revenue streams, with a strong work ethic
Nice to have:
Prior sales experience
French speakers
Ability to work to aggressive time scales, quick thinking but with the ability to understand, and therefore affect, the complexities of each transaction
Good performance in education is looked upon favourably, but non-academic achievements will be valued highly e.g. sporting achievements, international travel, charity work as well as demonstrable evidence of working (and earning) outside of academia
