Our in-house recruiting team is growing! We’re looking for an experienced Technology Recruiter to support our front and back-office development hiring efforts. If you're energized by fast-paced, high-impact environments and passionate about connecting top-tier tech talent with exciting opportunities, we want to hear from you. You’ll join a collaborative team of technical recruiters and work closely with hiring managers and interviewers to source, engage, and hire exceptional software development talent. Your work will directly influence our hiring strategy, technology branding, and engagement efforts.

Job Responsibility

  • Collaborate with technology hiring managers, and recruiting colleagues to develop and execute sourcing strategies for high-impact development roles
  • Build and maintain strong pipelines of qualified candidates through direct sourcing, networking, and agency partnerships
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay ahead of industry trends and inform hiring strategies
  • Deliver data-driven insights and reporting to stakeholders to support decision-making and continuous improvement
  • Ensure a seamless and engaging candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle
  • Identify and implement process improvements and innovative sourcing tools to enhance recruiting effectiveness

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in a fast-paced, dynamic recruiting environment
  • Proven success recruiting technical and/or quantitative candidates, especially in front office or high-performance tech environments
  • Deep understanding of the software development landscape and technical hiring best practices
  • Experience working in highly selective hiring environments
  • Strong ability to prioritize, multitask, and work independently
  • Demonstrated full-cycle recruiting experience, including sourcing, interviewing, and candidate relationship management
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and adapt quickly to changing priorities
  • Creative problem-solving mindset and a passion for continuous improvement
