• Provide IT strategic direction for projects
• Develop detailed IT work plans, schedules, project estimates, resource plans and status reports
• Exercise influence over team budget, policy formulation and planning
• Provide expertise in projects managed
• Directly impact business through technical direction and strategic decisions
• Influence and negotiate with senior leaders
• Responsible for resource management and allocation of work
• Provide in-depth analysis with interpretive thinking to define problems and develop innovative solutions
• Assess risk when business decisions are made

• 6-10 years experience in a related technology role
• Subject matter expert in overall field
• Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience
• Potentially Master's degree
• Excellent communication skills
• Developed communication and diplomacy skills
• Ability to guide, influence and convince others
• Resource management and allocation skills
• Advanced understanding of IT project leadership principles
• Comprehensive knowledge of multiple areas within technology
