Job Description:

The Technology Product Management Senior Analyst is a seasoned professional role that applies in-depth disciplinary knowledge, contributing to the development of new techniques and the improvement of processes and work-flow. Integrates subject matter and industry expertise within a defined area and requires understanding of how areas collectively integrate within the sub-function.

Job Responsibility:

Owns the working backwards documents for feature releases
Makes use of research, user studies, metrics and competitive analysis to understand customer and business needs
Compares features for competitive review to inform prioritization
Identifies innovations or performs test and learn experiments
Participates with the business in customer research
Contributes near-term input for the platform product portfolio and roadmap
Facilitates trade-off decisions on platform product features
Coordinates with interdependent teams
Monitors platform feature health and delivers progress reports
Identifies and communicates opportunities for improvement
Helps define business, customer and platform use cases and requirements
Ensures features meet backlog entrance criteria
Creates user stories and system interaction diagrams
Hosts user story grooming sessions
Informs the design of the user experience
Ensures appropriate backlog depth for continuous development
Determines release targets and prioritizes features
Monitors feature development through maintaining bug catalogs
Reviews product demo with development team and stakeholders
Prepares launches and monitors platform performance, adoption, and operational health
Identifies GTM plan with stakeholders
Identifies issues that will keep platform features from delivering on time

Requirements:

8-12 years of relevant experience as Technology Product Owner
Strong analytical and quantitative skills
Data driven and results-oriented
Experience in running high traffic, distributed, cloud based services
Experience in affecting large culture change
Experience leading infrastructure programs
Skilled at working with third party service providers
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience
