Job Description

The Technology Product Management Senior Analyst is a seasoned professional role. Applies in-depth disciplinary knowledge, contributing to the development of new techniques and the improvement of processes and work-flow for the area or function. Integrates subject matter and industry expertise within a defined area. Requires in-depth understanding of how areas collectively integrate within the sub-function as well as coordinate and contribute to the objectives of the function and overall business.

Job Responsibility

  • Track production issues and communicate with teams and clients
  • Conduct issue walkthroughs and coordinate with L2 support as needed
  • Initiate, coordinate, and communicate Monthly Scorecard runs
  • Assist with production checkouts after releases
  • Provide weekly milestone and monthly program/project status updates
  • Remediate PTSW spot check, Pre-SQM, and SQA issues
  • Set up PTS Lifecycle and related artifacts
  • Maintain Data Acquisition Tracker
  • Provide UAT items to BPMO team and follow up on UAT and PROD CR approvals
  • Organize and participate in weekly/ad hoc client meetings, morning status calls, and communicate monthly accomplishments

Requirements

  • Strong understanding of data governance principles and best practices
  • Experience in data acquisition and managing large datasets
  • Ability to write basic to mid-level SQL queries
