Job Description:

Reporting to the head of HR Data Product Management in the HR Data Office, the Technology Product Management Group Manager position will navigate global and cross functional needs, including collaborating with Enterprise Data Office (EDO) and drive towards an ideal state of a mature data governance program. Leading technical solutions activities that contribute to the definition of the Enterprise Data Governance Strategy, and/or Data Risk and Control Framework and Data Risk Taxonomy, and plays a critical role in leading activities to support implementation of the Data Governance Policy/Data Risk and Control framework.

Job Responsibility:

  • Implement and adopt the overall data governance strategy for HR
  • Adopt data governance frameworks and standards
  • Partner with EDO and Technology to drive implementation of data governance tools
  • Prioritize and drive integration of tools and processes for data governance strategy
  • Build strong partnership with business stakeholders
  • Own development and communication of long-term vision and goals
  • Understand domain and competitive landscape
  • Lead company-wide decision making for platform product domain
  • Drive innovation and experimentation
  • Leverage customer research and industry trends
  • Own organizational planning and serve as representative to Leadership
  • Compile content for executive communications
  • Monitor KPIs of portfolio
  • Interface with Business and stakeholders
  • Make trade off decisions for product portfolio
  • Own business and platform requirements
  • Set direction for platform design
  • Determine release goals
  • Create comprehensive user experience
  • Assess risk and ensure compliance

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of relevant experience in product line management, e-commerce, and/or strategic planning
  • Significant experience building complex business and/or transactional models
  • Experience delivering high quality technology products/services in a high growth environment
  • Ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions and develop business cases
  • First-class leadership and influencing skills
  • Experience managing a Tech Team
  • Demonstrated interpersonal and talent management skills
  • Bachelor's/University degree
  • Master's degree preferred
