The Lead Director, Technology Product Management for Medicare Messaging Orchestration and STARs optimization will define strategic roadmaps, capabilities, and Objectives and Key results (OKRs) to drive overall product success and deliver a best-in-class end-to-end experience. Across multiple product teams, you are responsible for the overall success of the product, improving product health and driving value towards targeted outcomes.
Job Responsibility:
Define strategic roadmaps, capabilities, and Objectives and Key results (OKRs) to drive overall product success
Work closely with the Business General Manager (GM), Design, Engineering, and Data/Analytics as part of the cross-functional product leadership team
Develop and lead a team of product management colleagues, creating a positive team culture through development and coaching
Define and socialize the product vision, strategy and roadmap
Partners with business general manager and stakeholders to make decisions on investment priorities and develop business cases
Translate customer and business and technology needs into short-term and long-term product strategy
Set the direction for discovery work, ensuring that the product team is focused on continuous exploration
Use performance data to identify issues quickly, and develop new insights and hypotheses about product health, technical health, and customer feedback
Requirements:
10+ years required experience as a Product Manager, Product Owner, or Business Analyst with a focus on product strategy, vision, and roadmaps
5+ years required experience in software product management, with demonstrated success shipping software through multiple releases managing the entire lifecycle from discovery to launch in an agile environment
3+ years of experience with outbound communications, including audience segmentation, journey orchestration, and leveraging customer data to inform decision-making
3+ years of experience coaching, mentoring or leading a team
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
Nice to have:
Experience with leading outbound communication platforms and technologies (e.g. Salesforce Marketing Cloud, push notifications, SMS/RCS, IVR, chatbots)
Experience ensuring messaging compliance with consent regulations (TCPA, GDPR, or similar)
Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) experience
Ability to drive cross functional teams to alignment in the midst of ambiguity
Strong negotiation, organizational, management, analytical and people skills
Data-driven decision making and quantitative analysis skills using data tools such as, Jira
General understanding of core programming and computer science concepts, including Cloud and AI/ML
Advanced oral and written communication skills, influencing stakeholders across levels
