Job Description

Collect complete requests (including delivery dates) from Technology teams and transfer them to Central Planning, highlighting any additional capacity needs or specific requirements. Prioritize requests according to the agreed production capacity. Enter Planned Orders into SAP, ensuring all required information is accurately captured. Communicate confirmed delivery dates to requesters. Monitor order progress and manage any production or delivery issues in collaboration with requesters. Coordinate with Customer Care when internal orders are delivered to customers. Analyze and monitor On-Time Delivery (OTD) performance.

  • Work closely with event Points of Contact (POCs) and all stakeholders to coordinate and track all event details, to include: meals, transportation, event set-up, lodging, media, security and access to the site, for all tasked INDOPACOM sponsored events, including the Pacific Operational Science & Technology Conference (POST) & the Information Forces Pacific Symposium (INFOPAC)
  • Provide planning support for other USINDOPACOM and S&T engagements and events
  • Coordinate with senior leadership, external organizations, and international partners to ensure alignment and successful event outcomes
  • Manage complex, multi-phase events with multiple stakeholders, adapting to evolving requirements and priorities
