Job Description

At Vibe.co, we’re shaping the future of advertising by helping brands connect with audiences in more human, data-driven, and measurable ways. Our platform brings together creativity, technology, and automation to make ad experiences more relevant, efficient, and impactful — across every screen, including CTV. We’re hiring a Technology Partnerships Manager to own and grow Vibe’s ecosystem of technical integration partners across CRMs, CDPs, dashboards, attribution/measurement platforms, and emerging category solutions. This is a quota-carrying, revenue-focused IC role responsible for generating partner-driven pipeline, referrals, and co-marketing impact. You will inherit and grow a recurring book of ~30–40 tech partners, with clear targets around partner-produced revenue. You'll collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, Sales, Growth, and Marketing to ensure that Vibe’s integrations drive commercial value and become a core motion in our GTM engine.

Job Responsibility

  • Own a partner-sourced / partner-influenced revenue quota, contributing directly to Vibe’s top-line growth
  • Drive consistent referrals and qualified opportunities from your partner portfolio
  • Build joint business plans with partners and run repeatable co-selling motions to hit revenue targets
  • Manage and grow a recurring book of 30–40 active technology partners spanning CRM/CDP, measurement, data, app, and dashboard categories
  • Identify expansion paths within partners (new use cases, new verticals, multi-product opportunities)
  • Maintain strong partner health through regular QBRs, performance reviews, and engagement planning
  • Lead joint marketing campaigns (webinars, content, case studies, events, marketplace assets) designed to generate pipeline for both sides
  • Collaborate with Sales Enablement to ensure the revenue team understands partner integrations and can position them effectively
  • Work with RevOps to streamline lead routing, tracking, scoring, and partner <> rep workflows
  • Ensure integration adoption: help partners introduce Vibe to their customers, ops teams, and CS teams
  • Collaborate with Product & Engineering on integration enhancements, feature requests, and strategic expansion opportunities
  • Support internal and external rollout of new integrations or upgrades
  • Be the internal champion for tech partnerships, educating teams on integration value props and partner motions
  • Provide feedback and insights that shape our integrations roadmap, GTM approach, and partnership priorities

Requirements

  • 3–6+ years in MarTech, AdTech, B2B SaaS, or growth/partner ecosystems
  • Experience owning a revenue target or quota, ideally in partnerships, channel, BD, or indirect sales
  • Understanding of CRM/CDP, analytics, measurement, and data activation technologies
  • Strong partner management operator: able to handle a high-volume portfolio while driving strategic outcomes
  • Relationship builder who is organized, accountable, and comfortable running both GTM and operational motions
  • Skilled cross-functionally — especially with Product, Sales, Marketing, RevOps, and Engineering

Nice to have

  • Experience with Crossbeam or other account mapping tools
  • Background in streaming, performance marketing, e-commerce, or measurement
  • Experience launching GTM motions for APIs or tech integrations

What we offer

  • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance
  • 401(k) plan with company matching
  • Unlimited PTO to recharge and reset
  • Paid parental leave for maternity and paternity
  • Flexible hybrid work model
