Reporting to the Head of Partners & Ecosystems at Nuix, the Technology Partnerships Manager plays a crucial role in managing a growing portfolio of Technology Partners at Nuix that enable and extend our solutions to meet customer needs. In this role you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strategic relationships with technology partners to drive joint business growth and deliver value to our customers. Working closely with the Nuix Product, Engineering and Sales Teams, this role focuses on building collaborative ecosystems, enabling joint GTM initiatives and ensuring alignment between partner capabilities & organisational objectives.
Job Responsibility:
Work closely with the Regional Partner Program Managers, Product and Engineering Teams to Identify, evaluate, and onboard technology partners aligned with business goals.
Develop joint business plans and partnership frameworks to maximize mutual value to drive revenue growth.
Serve as the primary point of contact for technology partners, fostering strong, long-term relationships.
Facilitate executive-level engagement and quarterly business reviews.
Drive partner enablement through training, certifications, and knowledge-sharing initiatives.
Ensure Nuix GTM teams are enabled on the joint value proposition for each of the technology partnerships
Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to create joint campaigns, solution bundles, and co-selling opportunities.
Monitor partner performance against agreed KPIs and ensure compliance with contractual obligations.
Stay informed on industry trends and emerging technologies to expand the partner ecosystem.
Identify opportunities for integration and co-innovation to enhance product capabilities.
Requirements:
5+ years in technology partnerships & business development within the software or cloud industry
Strong understanding of SaaS, AI cloud platforms, and enterprise technology ecosystems.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to develop strategic plans and execute operational initiatives.
Nice to have:
A Technical background in Pre-sales or Product development
Familiarity with partner programs, marketplaces, and co-selling models.
