Job Description

We’re looking for a Technology Partner Sales Manager (PSM) to join our Global Alliances team. In this role, you will be a key driver of revenue execution, specifically focused on scaling our co-selling ecosystem with major technology partners like Snowflake, Databricks, and hyperscalers (AWS, GCP, and Azure). You will act as the bridge between Fivetran’s internal sales teams and our partners' field organizations, ensuring we source, co-sell, and win high-impact deals together.

Job Responsibility

  • Execute joint sales motions with technology partners to drive revenue and meet influenced incremental booking quotas
  • Drive pipeline creation by identifying co-sell opportunities within the Fivetran open pipeline and submitting them for partner alignment
  • Lead co-sell calls and account workshops, owning the agenda, introductions, and 'better together' value proposition messaging
  • Enable internal Fivetran AEs on partner solutions, use cases, and joint GTM strategies to increase partner-influenced deals
  • Source and execute partner enablements, including QBRs, hands-on labs (HOLs), and sales training for partner AEs
  • Own account mapping efforts using Crossbeam to identify overlapping targets and provide recommendations to Fivetran and partner reps
  • Establish sales leadership alignment by facilitating recurring cadences between Fivetran and partner sales managers
  • Communicate field feedback to Partner Development Managers (PDMs) to continuously improve partner offerings and messaging
  • Manage regional partner events, such as happy hours and conferences, to build Fivetran brand awareness and relationship depth
  • Track and report on sales KPIs, ensuring all partner-influenced activity is accurately tagged and reflected in global dashboards

Requirements

  • Co-Selling Excellence: Proven ability to navigate complex co-sell cycles with hyperscalers and data platforms (Snowflake, Databricks, etc.)
  • Strategic Relationship Management: Experience building and maintaining high-trust relationships with external partner AEs and sales leadership
  • Sales Enablement: Skill in distilling complex technical integrations into compelling 'why Fivetran' value propositions for partner sellers
  • Data-Driven Pipeline Management: Proficiency in using CRM and account mapping tools to identify and prioritize high-value opportunities
  • Collaboration & Orchestration: Ability to coordinate cross-functional efforts between Sales, Marketing, and Partner Development teams
  • Event Execution: Experience sourcing and managing logistics for regional sales events, lunch and learns, or QBRs
  • Clear Communication: Strong ability to deliver joint win stories ('Win Wires') and updates that keep Fivetran top-of-mind for partners

Nice to have

  • Experience working directly within the Snowflake or Databricks ecosystem
  • Familiarity with Cloud Marketplaces and the technical nuances of cloud-specific co-selling motions
  • Background in Technical Sales or a deep understanding of the modern data stack (ETL/ELT)
