Join Gallagher for a 9-month maternity cover role, building and growing impactful Technology Partner relationships in a global team. You’ll be a key point of contact for partners from registration through onboarding and beyond, ensuring they have the resources and guidance to deliver high-quality integrations. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives on collaboration, relationship-building, and delivering value across technical and business teams.

Job Responsibility

  • Build and maintain mutually beneficial partnerships with Technology Partners
  • Onboard new partners through the Technology Partner Program, ensuring a seamless experience
  • Support partners in developing, publishing, and promoting their integrations
  • Implement and maintain the Tiered Technology Partner Program, recognising engagement and success
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders including regional sales teams, architects, value owners, and marketing
  • Monitor partner integration performance using tools such as PowerBI and provide actionable insights
  • Ensure resources in the Technology Partner Portal are up-to-date and accessible
  • Collaborate to continuously improve partner processes and engagement strategies

Requirements

  • A relevant tertiary qualification or equivalent experience (Business, IT, or related field preferred)
  • 2+ years in partner management, business development, or a similar relationship-focused role
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a proven ability to influence across diverse stakeholders
  • Experience with Microsoft products and an understanding of technical integrations
  • Business acumen to articulate the value of integrated solutions to partners and internal teams
  • Forward-thinking approach with the ability to anticipate opportunities and challenges
  • A collaborative mindset and willingness to learn about Gallagher’s products and technology ecosystem
