Job Description:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Technology Operations Analyst to participate in and support implementation of business solutions, determine the impact of changes to existing hardware and software, perform daily application validations, monitor scheduled batch jobs, and reduce the impact of application and infrastructure failures on business delivery.

Job Responsibility:

Participate in and support implementation of business solutions
Determine the impact of changes made to existing hardware, software, and schedules
Review tactical issues, policies or procedures
Perform daily validations of application by performing critical functional checks
Monitor all the scheduled batch jobs and work on fixing in case of failures
Audit complex critical systems delivery for business processes
Determine the impact of new products and tools implementation across the business
Reduce the impact of application and infrastructure failures on business delivery
Present recommendations for resolving more complex situations
Provide technology information to managers, functional colleagues and stakeholders

Requirements:

2+ years of Technology Operations experience
2+ years of experience in System Administration & Desktop troubleshooting skills
Proficient knowledge on Microsoft Operating System (Windows 7, Windows 10 and Windows 11)
A good understanding of network terminologies, Cisco products
Working knowledge on Windows Server administration principles
Strong skills on incident management
Understanding and participation skills on problem management
Knowledge of imaging, Backup and storage solutions
Experienced in supporting Apple Operating Systems and Servers
Knowledge of Apple hardware
Microsoft Experience (preferably but not essential MSCE) – incl. AD, Exchange, Office 365, Intune MDM
Experience of Network/Firewalls/Printers setup and maintenance
Experience with Mobile Phone/Ipad setup
Ability to Manage SLA's and Priorities
Good Customer Service skills
Excellent background in Technical Support
Knowledge of ITIL an advantage

Nice to have:

ITIL certification
Knowledge on VMWare Concepts
Azure Cloud Concepts
SNOW
OS troubleshooting skills
