Job Description:

Technology Operations Analyst role focused on IT Asset Management (ITAM) at Wells Fargo, responsible for managing the complete lifecycle of IT hardware assets, inventory validation, deployment support, and ensuring compliance with internal controls and regulatory standards.

Job Responsibility:

Participate in initiatives and identify opportunities for technology operations
Evaluate basic or tactical challenges that require research and evaluation
Provide centralized command and control for major incident management
Review, analyze and escalate issues from key metric analysis, event monitors, reported service deviations, and documented changes
Develop knowledge business cycles and capabilities to assess the impact of technology events
Reduce the impact of application and infrastructure failures on business delivery
Engage various teams of trouble-shooters to assess system health and issues
Present recommendations for resolving more complex situations
Provide information to functional colleagues, internal partners and stakeholders
Manage the lifecycle of IT hardware assets
Validate and inward IT assets from suppliers
Maintain accurate inventory records and dashboards
Allocate and assign assets based on approved service requests
Process returns, internal transfers, and secure disposal of end-of-life assets
Generate reports and visual dashboards on asset utilization
Collaborate with internal teams to understand hardware needs
Identify opportunities for automation and process improvements
Maintain SOPs and knowledge base articles
Train end-users and team members on hardware handling

Requirements:

2+ years of Technology Operations experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
Ability to create and deliver presentations to technical and non-technical audiences
Familiarity with ITAM platforms and service management tools (e.g., ServiceNow)
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Asset Lifecycle Management experience
Inventory & Validation experience
Deployment & Support experience
Returns, Transfers & Disposal experience
Reporting, Visualization & Compliance experience
Stakeholder Engagement experience
Process Optimization experience
Documentation & Training experience

Nice to have:
