Technology Operations Analyst

Wells Fargo is seeking a Technology Operations Analyst who will be responsible for managing End User IT hardware assets like laptops, desktops, monitors, IP phones, data phones, headsets, etc., through the asset management lifecycle ensuring superior end user experience. This role focuses on maintaining inventories, managing repair services, internal asset movements, tracking returns and disposals, and adhering to standard operating procedures while enhancing the efficiency of IT operations.
