Job Description

Our client is seeking a Technology Manager to serve as a strategic IT leader and business partner across the organization. This individual will drive technology initiatives that support core business operations, optimize enterprise systems, and align IT capabilities with long-term business goals. This role blends business analysis, IT leadership, and project delivery, requiring someone who can influence stakeholders, lead teams, and execute complex technology solutions in a manufacturing environment.

Job Responsibility

  • Lead and develop a team supporting enterprise systems including ERP, CRM, MES, and other business platforms
  • Partner with business leaders to identify needs and implement scalable technology solutions
  • Own IT project delivery—prioritization, resourcing, budgeting, and execution (on time and within budget)
  • Collaborate with IT leadership to build and maintain multi-year technology roadmaps aligned to business strategy
  • Manage relationships with managed service providers, vendors, and system integrators
  • Oversee operational IT support for the site/region, ensuring high performance and cost efficiency
  • Ensure compliance with SOX and internal controls, including policy development and audit readiness
  • Support disaster recovery and business continuity planning through testing and execution
  • Drive process improvement through data, reporting, and cross-functional collaboration
  • Mentor and develop team members through coaching, performance management, and career development

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (STEM or related field preferred)
  • Experience in IT management, business analysis, or IT project management
  • Experience supporting IT in a manufacturing environment
  • Experience managing third-party vendors and service providers
  • Strong understanding of enterprise systems such as: ERP (Oracle preferred), CRM (Salesforce preferred), WMS, MES, PLM, and SaaS platforms
  • Knowledge of ITIL, SLAs, KPIs, and IT operations management
  • Proven ability to align IT solutions with supply chain, manufacturing, and business processes
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills

Nice to have

  • Experience with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methodologies
  • Certifications in Project Management, ERP, CRM, Cloud (Azure), or ITIL
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Project, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Visio)

  • Compiling all the requirements (from O2team, Supervision, Commissioning and the regions) coming from operations in one clear deliverable
