As a TLS Intern, you will support the Technology Lifecycle Services (TLS) team in driving renewals and expansions across IBM’s client portfolio. This internship is designed to provide hands-on experience in sales strategy, client engagement, and internal collaboration within a global technology company.
Job Responsibility:
Assist in account planning and stakeholder coordination for TLS renewals and expansions
Support the identification of opportunities for service uplift, expansion, and winback
Collaborate with internal IBM teams such as Brand Sales Specialists, Deal Makers, Ecosystem Sales Specialists, and Customer Success Managers
Learn to use IBM sales tools and CRM systems to track and manage opportunities
Participate in client conversations under guidance, helping to prepare materials and follow-ups
Requirements:
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Interest in technology, business, or sales
Willingness to learn and take initiative
Basic understanding of business operations and customer service principles
Currently enrolled in a university program (Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related fields)
Associate's Degree/College Diploma
Nice to have:
