Job Description:

We’re partnering with a global leader in hospitality, retail, and leisure on a major ERP transformation. As Technology Lead, you’ll oversee the design, implementation, and optimisation of the NetSuite platform, leading teams across Architecture, Data Migration, Integration, and Testing, and serving as the key technical advisor to ensure scalable, future-proof solutions.

Job Responsibility:

Develop and execute the ERP programme roadmap, ensuring alignment with operational and enterprise objectives
Lead the design and optimisation of scalable, efficient, and resilient ERP architecture
Guide teams across architecture, integrations, data migration, and testing to deliver programme milestones
Oversee system performance, reliability, and uptime, implementing proactive measures to mitigate risks

Requirements:

10+ years in technology leadership focused on ERP solution design, delivery, and optimisation
Proven track record running large-scale ERP programmes in fast-paced, customer-centric environments
Strong expertise in enterprise architecture, NetSuite, and digital transformation

Nice to have:

Experience with customer-facing operational systems (POS, inventory, hotel management, kiosks) is a plus
