Job Description:

This Senior Financial Analyst position acts as a ‘bridge’ between LF Tech and Citi Finance. Monthly financial forecasting and budgeting, balance sheet impacts (of retiring CSIs and projects shared with retain markets), client allocation and variance analysis would be the focus for this role. The analyst will directly support senior management and senior finance teams for the communication of financial forecasts and outlook.

Job Responsibility:

Quantify and communicate financial impact of changes in divestiture schedules and strategies to Citi Finance team
support senior leadership team on matters relating to financial forecasts, expense drivers, variances, balance sheet impacts
assist in driving and closing the monthly financials by coordinating between regional teams
create and refresh excel models to calculate financial outlooks
conduct ad-hoc analysis for assessing the impact of certain events on financial forecasts such as changes in staff release schedules, accelerated depreciation of impaired software assets, timing of transfers from LF Tech to Holdings Tech
assist with budget creation and budget risk assessments
identify cost savings opportunities

Requirements:

8 -10 years of experience in business analysis or systems analysis
demonstrated expertise in presenting and using planning tools
proven diplomatic and analytical skills
proven ability to manage complex and variable issues with substantial potential impact by weighing various action plans and balancing potentially conflicting needs
bachelor's degree/university degree or equivalent experience
master's degree preferred
