As a Technology Integration Manager, you'll work alongside the Regional IT Manager, playing a key role in optimising IT operations and leading digital transformation across multiple schools. You will own IT projects, ensure smooth deployment of digital platforms, and drive seamless technology integration to support Inspired’s global education mission. This is a high-impact role for someone who is technically sharp, ambitious, and eager to push the boundaries of education technology.

Job Responsibility:

  • Act as the bridge between the Regional IT Manager and school IT teams, ensuring smooth execution of technology initiatives
  • Take ownership of IT operations, ensuring digital platforms, applications, and infrastructure run efficiently
  • Ensure the successful deployment and functionality of Inspired AI, Inspired Metaverse, and the Inspired Global Study Platform in schools, working with IT teams to resolve any technical challenges
  • Standardise IT processes and implement best practices to drive efficiency
  • Manage IT projects—from planning to execution—ensuring successful delivery
  • Oversee IT support tickets, ensuring fast and effective problem resolution
  • Work closely with school leadership to enhance technology adoption and maximise digital transformation
  • Assist in vendor management and IT budgeting to align technology with strategic goals
  • Provide training and mentorship to school IT teams, ensuring they are equipped with the latest tools and knowledge

Requirements:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field from a top-tier university (such as Universidade Nova or Instituto Superior Técnico)
