The Hotel IT Supervisor is responsible for supporting and supervising daily IT operations across the hotel property. This role ensures the reliability, security, and performance of hotel technology systems, including PMS, POS, network infrastructure, guest Wi-Fi, telephony, and back-office applications. The position also provides technical support to hotel staff and assists with IT projects, system upgrades, and vendor coordination.
Job Responsibility:
Provide daily Level 1 and Level 2 IT support to hotel staff and guests
Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, PMS, POS, Wi-Fi, and peripheral issues in a timely manner
Monitor and maintain hotel IT systems to ensure operational reliability and minimal downtime
Support user account management, system access, password resets, and device configuration
Coordinate with vendors and service providers for system maintenance and issue resolution
Assist with installation, upgrades, patching, and preventive maintenance of IT equipment and applications
Maintain accurate IT inventory, documentation, and incident records
Support cybersecurity practices, data protection, backup processes, and compliance with company policies
Deliver professional and service-oriented support while communicating effectively with non-technical users
Collaborate with other departments to support hotel operations and technology initiatives
Escalate complex technical issues appropriately while following established procedures and service standards
Requirements:
Strong service‑oriented mindset with the ability to assist guests and internal users professionally
Experience providing Level 1 / Level 2 IT support in a hospitality or service‑driven environment
Pro‑active, solution‑focused approach with the ability to identify, resolve, and prevent issues
