Technology Innovation & Data Specialist

• Assist the Director of IT in daily operations related to computer systems and network infrastructure
• Provide systems administration, including user and group account management, access configuration, troubleshooting, and documentation
• Support server infrastructure, including performance monitoring, OS patching, upgrades, and troubleshooting
• Deliver elevated end‑user support to hotel staff, ensuring minimal downtime and smooth operational workflow
• Provide direct guest support and high-quality assistance for function rooms and conference services
• Maintain and support desktop operating systems and applications, including regular update and patch management
• Assist in maintaining high availability for critical hotel systems
• Support IT security and compliance processes, including audits, access controls, and policy adherence
• Assist with administration of O365, global VPN connectivity, and communication tools
• Assist with coordination of new acquisitions and major technology projects as required

• Experience in IT support, systems administration, or a related technical role
• Knowledge of desktop operating systems, common enterprise applications, and server environments
• Experience in computer networking (preferred)
• Strong customer service skills and the ability to support both employees and hotel guests
• Familiarity with IT compliance, security procedures, and system availability standards
• Authorization to work in the United States
