As our Technology Innovation & Data (IT Support) Specialist or Assistant Manager, you’ll be at the heart of the hotel’s operations — ensuring that every system runs flawlessly so our guests enjoy an experience that feels effortless. You’ll oversee both standard network systems and hospitality-specific technologies, providing operational support and reliability. From managing critical systems to solving complex technical challenges, you’ll be a trusted partner to every department — enabling excellence and supporting innovation across the property.
Job Responsibility:
Keep mission-critical systems — including Property Management, POS, PABX, and HSIA — running smoothly 24/7
Oversee system and network administration, user access, and data security
Support the hotel’s infrastructure: servers, networks, and applications across all departments
Respond swiftly to system issues and deliver proactive, high-quality technical support for guests and staff
Assist in new technology rollouts, upgrades, and corporate-driven initiatives
Coordinate with vendors and ensure compliance with global IT standards
Implement technology best practices and recommend innovations that enhance efficiency and guest satisfaction
Support events and functions with reliable connectivity and technical setup
Requirements:
Strong technical foundation in systems and network administration — Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert (MCSE) or equivalent preferred
2–5 years of IT experience, ideally within a hospitality environment
Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive, service-driven mindset
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate across teams and support guests with care
A passion for technology, precision, and delivering excellence
